You expressly permit MIJA FITNESS LLC or its billing service provider to charge your account at the time of sign up. Class Pack Details: Upon agreement, you are guaranteed one session to use within one week of purchase. Time will not be extended. No exceptions. Liability Waiver: Participation in any MIJA FITNESS Sessions or use of Studio facilities implies acknowledgment of associated risks. This extends to in-person or virtual settings. By engaging in these activities, you agree on behalf of yourself and any related parties to assume these risks. Card on File Authorization: I hereby grant authorization to Mija Fitness LLC or its billing service provider to retain my credit card information for future transactions. This authorization persists until I submit a 30-day notice written request to terminate it, for which I acknowledge full responsibility. Communication Consent: Express written consent is given for MIJA FITNESS LLC and its authorized service providers to contact you via text (SMS) for account-related matters, including past due fees and promotional content. Image Consent: While on MIJA FITNESS premises, you consent to the potential use of your or your minor child's image on the MIJA FITNESS website and/or any social media outlets. Verbal Agreements: Verbal agreements with MIJA FITNESS LLC employees will not be considered valid. All agreements must be in writing.
