What To Expect
Mija Cardio Boxing is a 30-minute high-energy class that fuses boxing technique with cardio intervals. You’ll punch, jump, and move through rhythm-driven rounds designed to build endurance, burn calories, and get your heart pumping. Perfect for all levels, this class blends skill, energy, and fun so you leave energized, strong, and ready for your day.

Cancellation Policy
I understand the following: 1. If I need to cancel or reschedule a class, I must do so at least 12 hours before the class start time. 2. If I no-show 3 or more classes, I may be removed from the beta program with no refund -NO EXCEPTIONS 3. If my camera is off, the session will not count toward attendance. 4. I am required to complete a short survey at the end of every week, and it must be submitted within 48 hours in order to remain eligible for program incentives. 5. refunds are earned only if I meet attendance and survey requirements: 8 sessions attended → 50% refund / 10 sessions attended → 100% refund 6. I participate at my own risk and release Mija Fitness, instructors, and affiliates from liability.
