THE MIJA METHOD & FUNDAMENTALS
- Teaching the fundamentals while embodying the Mija Method
- Mitt work rounds: form correction

COACHING SKILLS & COMMUNITY BUIDLING
- Cultivating the mindset & qualities of an impactful coach.
- How to build trust and safety in your space
- Mitt work rounds

04
MITT WORK FOUNDATIONS
(Traditional Fight Style)
- Mitt work emphasizing strategy, head/body movement, & precision
- Guest Coach: Off-site session

05
MITT WORK FOUNDATIONS
(Flow / Mayweather Style Mitt Work)
- Mitt work focus on memorizing
combos, fluid movement, and
endurance.

MIJA MITT WORK, MARKETING & COACHING FOR PROFIT
- Learn the Mija Style of mitt holding
- Re-centering and grounding w Kéo

INTEGRATION:
FINDING YOUR COACHING STYLE
- Practice coaching peers using both
mitt work styles
- Learn what makes you unique

COACHING APPLICATION & GRADUATION
- Showing up as a boxing coach
- Graduation Ceremony

Mija Fitness boxing class
Complete 40 hours of mitt work
