What this is

What this isn't

a certification program

a training to be a fight coach

a shortcut - skill is built through reps over time

What to Expect

This is a small-group, in-person training build around repetition, structure and feedback.

You will learn how to adapt by working with different partners with different skill levels.

There’s always space to ask questions.
There’s always space to mess up.
And there’s a strong emphasis on learning through doing.

This is a focused container.
Everyone is here to learn - not perform, not judge, not compete.

Each session blends:

  • demonstration

  • guided practice

  • partnered work

  • mittwork reps

  • real-time correction

Our goal is to teach women how to really think about boxing,
not just perform it.

Requirements

      Shadow or assist in at least 1

      Mija Fitness boxing class

 

​      Complete 40 hours of mitt work

      practice with a partner or coach

      Attend all 8 in person sessions
