Small Group Enviornment
Women only, small group space (six max) that makes is comfortable to learn the skill of boxing.
Classes for All Levels
We offer both beginner and experienced boxing classes. The goal is always to advance you and challenge you to level up!
Community
Meet other women who have a love for boxing and learning. We are strong, but we are stronger in community!
Beginner Mija
Offered Mondays / Wednesdays / Fridays @ 7am & Fridays @ 6pm
You’ll start with the basics, learning proper form, footwork, and techniques in a supportive environment where everyone is figuring it out together. You are encouraged to stay patient with yourself as you find your rhythm. No pressure, no judgment—just a lot of learning and some laughs along the way.
Experienced Mija
Offered Tuesdays / Thursdays @ 7am and Fridays @ 8am & 7pm
In this class, you’ll be building combos, drilling footwork, and getting in plenty of mittwork. It’s a faster-paced session where you can expect to sweat and sharpen your skills. We’ll push you to keep up, but always in a way that’s supportive and fun, so you can continue growing confidently.

My name is Monique Flores
I’ve been training in boxing for seven years and teaching for six. Learning boxing technique taught me discipline and showed me just how far I could push my mind. Uplifting women has been a calling since my early 20s...I never thought it'd show up as a boxing coach, but I'm grateful it did. What better way to help women feel powerful? As your coach, I’m all about being patient, supportive, and bringing the passion that will challenge you to level up. Let's make healthy movement fun together.
