What to Expect
This is a small-group, in-person training build around repetition, structure and feedback.
You will learn how to adapt by working with different partners with different skill levels.
There’s always space to ask questions.
There’s always space to mess up.
And there’s a strong emphasis on learning through doing.
This is a focused container.
Everyone is here to learn - not perform, not judge, not compete.
